- LEGAL BASIS: art. 6 par. 1 lett b): Execution of pre-contractual measures also adopted on data subject’s request;
- DATA RETENTION: 1 year
- to assert or defend a right against the interested party or third parties, in court or out of court, as well as in the administrative or arbitration and conciliation procedures in the cases provided for by laws, community legislation or regulations.
- LEGAL BASIS: art. 6 par. 1 lett c): the treatment is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the Controller to protect its rights arising from the contract.
- Nature of conferral
The provision of data for these purposes is optional, but not providing the data and refusing to provide them would make it impossible for the Company to perform and/or conclude contracts and satisfy your requested.
- Data security
Alberto Zambelli srl ensures that the processing of personal data benefits from the highest level of security. Alberto Zambelli guarantees the implementation of “appropriate technical and organisational measures“, taken according to the nature of the data, the purposes of the processing and the associated risks. In the event of an incident leading to a violation of personal data, Alberto Zambelli shall notify the incident to the competent supervisory authority and inform, if necessary, the persons concerned as soon as possible.

You have the right, at any time to obtain the access to your personal data, request their rectification, erasure or processing restriction and, if applicable, data portability. In case of request for data portability. Where applicable, you have the right to withdraw consent without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal.
