Alberto Zambelli srl collects this information in several ways:

• LEGAL BASIS: legitimate interest (art. 6 par. 1 lett. f) and recital 47 GDPR): processing is necessary for pursuing data controller’s (or third party) legitimate interest, provided that the interests or the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not overriding, taking into consideration his reasonable expectations based on the relationship with controller. Activities strictly necessary for site operation and platform browsing services.

1. Contact form: allows you to obtain information on our services, by filling-in the dedicated form on our website, in our “Contacts” section, for example to forward requests and receive feedback from the Data controller.

• LEGAL BASIS: art. 6 par. 1 lett b): Execution of pre-contractual measures also adopted on data subject’s request;
• DATA RETENTION: 1 year

1. to assert or defend a right against the interested party or third parties, in court or out of court, as well as in the administrative or arbitration and conciliation procedures in the cases provided for by laws, community legislation or regulations.

• LEGAL BASIS: art. 6 par. 1 lett c): the treatment is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the Controller to protect its rights arising from the contract.

1. Nature of conferral

The provision of data for these purposes is optional, but not providing the data and refusing to provide them would make it impossible for the Company to perform and/or conclude contracts and satisfy your requested.

Alberto Zambelli srl ensures that the processing of personal data benefits from the highest level of security. Alberto Zambelli guarantees the implementation of “appropriate technical and organisational measures“, taken according to the nature of the data, the purposes of the processing and the associated risks. In the event of an incident leading to a violation of personal data, Alberto Zambelli shall notify the incident to the competent supervisory authority and inform, if necessary, the persons concerned as soon as possible.

Your personal data may be shared, for the purposes referred to in Section above, with:

1. persons authorized by Alberto Zambelli to the processing of Personal Data pursuant to art. 29 of the Regulation necessary to carry out activities strictly related to the supply of services, which are committed to confidentiality or have an appropriate legal obligation of confidentiality
2. subjects that typically act as data controllers pursuant to art. 28 of the Regulation, namely: i) subjects with whom it is necessary to interact for the supply of services (for example hosting providers) ii) or subjects delegated to perform technical maintenance activities (including maintenance of network equipment and electronic communications networks).

The list of data processors who process data can be requested from the data controller.

1. subjects, bodies or authorities, autonomous data controllers, to whom it is mandatory to communicate your personal data under the provisions of law or orders of the authorities;

1. International transfers of personal data

The personal data collected by us for the purposes described in this Policy will be disclosed and transferred to companies and entities located in other countries belonging to the European Union.

In every instance when the User’s personal data is transferred internationally outside of EU territory, the Data Controller will take all contractual measures necessary and suitable to ensure an adequate level of protection of their personal data, under the contents of this notice on the processing of personal data, including the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

You can exercise your rights, as required by art. 15 and subsequent of the General Data Protection Regulation UE 2016/679 (GDPR) contacting the data Controller. You have the right, at any time to obtain the access to your personal data, request their rectification, erasure or processing restriction and, if applicable, data portability. In case of request for data portability. Where applicable, you have the right to withdraw consent without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal.
